Beautiful vintage serving buy platter #581

Gorgeous hand painted serving platter with a light green border and pink and white flowers in the center.
This is one of those items I've had for quite some time because unfortunately I do not know who the manufacturer is.
I am almost positive it is made in Germany. Underneath it is stamped 2215 in gold color.
