The USPS has made it impossible for me to refund for items broken by the USPS. They will not honor a claim if you cannot bring the item, the wrapping, the box and the invoice with tracking # into the post office. That buy means it falls to the buyer to bring the item in. I apologize for this. It is a bad business practice. I pack my items very well, and I insure them. Please contact me if you have damage with your shipment. Often times the shipping is higher than Etsy charges and I can provide the exact shipping amount. Thank you for your understanding and, again, my apologies.
