Due to the natures of this listing we offer refunds only if there is issue in our digitizing, however, We guarantee free 30 days revisions to any orders you place with us. After 30 days, we levy a charge of $5 only.

We also offer Stitch sample proof at additional cost. Please discuss the cost through messaging.

We also advise to use micro thread(e.g. Madeira Polyneon 60 or 75) for small text or small details, you must use it in order to make the design stitch more clear. So also let us know that you have micro threads in stock, we will make digitizing accordingly.

We will provide you top notch quality digitizing but we are still humans, not robots, so if we do any mistake in digitizing we will surely admit it & take your feedback & fix any glitches if happen from digitizing side, but you must understand It is up to the embroidery operator also to know how to operate their machine properly, using proper stabilizer, fabric and embroidery thread combinations to get better desirable results of embroidery.
