We ship worldwide via Poste Italiane.
For all destinations we offer both standard shipping, at a lower cost but without tracking option, and a tracked shipment, at a slightly higher cost but which allows you to know where your Pyla accessory is located at all times.
Please choose the option corresponding to the Country where you wish to receive your PYLA® jewel.
If your order doesn't arrive due to the postal services, please contact us! We will place a complaint to the Post Office and we will help you to work things out. However, we strongly recommend you to always choose the tracked shipment in order to have updated information on where your package is located at all times.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns according to the European legislation for online purchases.
You will have 14 days to return the purchased goods to us (keep in mind that the shipping costs for the return and any customs costs applied are entirely at your expense).
Please take a look carefully to the accessories before buying them and kindly note that we do our best for displaying all our products in the most coherent way.
If you wish to exchange a product for another of a different amount, the price difference must be paid by PayPal or bank transfer.
REFUNDS
PYLA® will accept the returned goods, reserving any refund only after verifying that the products have been returned in their original state, unused and with the original packaging intact. Only in this case PYLA® will forward buy the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the product(s).
