This is a fabulous piece I think it's papier-mâché as it's pretty light weight, Goldfish are signs of good luck as prosperitt! This is sits nicely on a shelf or buy table and also could be hung from the ceiling. Really fabulous and a light gold in color probably could be repainted for extra brilliance! There are a few spots where the paint has chipped off so if you have any questions I'll send additional photos or add them to the listing.
