X-Long (84"-86" long sling) is designed to fit a wearer who is >200 lbs and considered "tall".
This sling can easily be shortened and made into a smaller size. Ask me!
Reversible means you can change which side is predominant, if you want. The fabric was washed before the sling was sewn. It has never been used.
The tail of the sling should be at least 8 to 12 inches in length. A longer tail can be used as a nursing cover-up. Machine wash cold with the detergent you use to launder your baby clothes. Tumble dry low or line dry. (If your buy sling has aluminum rings, it will make a banging noise in the dryer). Own two slings, so you always have a clean sling. With babies, (laundry) accidents happen!
