Victorian porcelain half doll pin cushion topper. She has a pretty detailed face with well defined eyes, rosebud lips and rosy cheeks, dressed in her pink square neck costume with with white frilled sleeves , a wide brimmed green hat underpinned with pink flowers.
There are letters "foreign " just inside the body and numbers 3767 around the base between the holes where you attach her to her pin cushion skirt.
