Victorian Banded Agate Brooch, Antique Polished Hard Stone, buy Swirl Fram, Extended Pin, C-Clasp, 19th Century Orange Red Semi-Translucent

buy The polished agate in this Victorian brooch is lovely with wonderful color variations and patterns. The stone is predominantly orange but there are semi-transparent clear and red accents. The oval hardstone measures approximately 1.375 by 1.25 inches. It is bezel set in a gold tone frame with gracefully curving swirled foliage and has a c-clasp with extended pin. The antique brooch measures 2 inches across including the extended pin by 1.5 inches high. It is in excellent antique condition with a slight bend in the pin that does not affect the function or great look of this 19th century classic.
