Brand new never used. It has been stored in my candle overflow cabinet for quite some time and still smells just as good buy as the day I bought it. The only damage is a bit on the lid but doesn't affect the product. This is an extremely hard to find and unique, discontinued scent.  Hate to see it go but I just have too much stuff and really need to clear out my stash so my loss - your gain!.
