Beautifully designed with scrolled blue trimming on scalloped edges, it has a painted Asian nature motif with butterfly hovering over the dusty pink, yellow and blue flowers on branches. This platter is very functional for its large size, and being microwave and oven safe adds a versatility for using from oven to table. It has some depth to it which makes it great for certain meals to catch the some liquid and prevent a mess.
