Please put in the notes the date you need to receive your cake topper by. If you need a rush order, please contact me to see if that is possible. I do not charge for rush orders (other than the cost of additional Express shipping if requested) and will do my best to accommodate you.
I ship all orders via Priority mail which usually takes 2 to 3 days to arrive. However it is not guaranteed, so I try to ship at least 5 days prior to your event. I can do Express Mail upon request which is usually next day delivery for an additional cost. I will figure that cost for your zip code when we set up your order. Most items take 3 to 5 days to complete, however please feel free to ask me about rush orders. It is my desire to help you have the best event you can. I will gladly cancel an order if I have not already started it.
I package my cake toppers very carefully and have great shipping success. However, they are made from fondant, which is basically sugar, and are fragile. In the unlikely event your topper is broken and unusable, I will do my best to make it right. If a refund is needed, I must have a photo of the broken item and package (if it is damaged). I however cannot refund the cost of the shipping.
