About length and color: You can see the options to choose the most suitable one. If you want to customize the length or color or you have any questions about what color or length to choose, you can contact us. You can also get swatches to select the color by only paying the shipping fee.

About customization: If you have more ideas about the veils ( more pearls, more lace, extra blusher or tulle tier...... any changes on details you can imagine), please tell us and we'll try our best to meet you requirements. We will charge a certain fee based on the difficulty of customization.

About the shipping time: Usually we need 2-3 weeks to make the veils and you'll receive the veil in 2-8 days after it is shipped. If the veil has a beading edge or many beads on it, it may take about one month to make it, depending on the length you choose. If you want to rush it, please contact us. About refunds and returns: All of our veils are handmade and made to order, so normally we don't accept refunds or returns unless the veil has quality problems or it arrives beyond the agreed shipping time.
