This is the Versatile line of china from Taylor Smith Taylor designed by John Gilkes that was produced during the 1950s in the 601 or Sterling pattern. It is a wonderful Mid Century Modern design. This pattern features multiple platinum rings on the plates, platters and holloware with a creamy white background. Complete platinum treatment on holloware handles. Hard to find pattern in this great MCM shape.

This is a creamer and sugar with lid buy set. It is in excellent vintage condition with no obvious signs of use. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. The look of these pieces is exceptional and stand out from any other platinum accented dinnerware from TST in the liberal use of platinum. The styling is exquisite and these are very hard to find in excellent condition. Creamer marked 601 on bottom, measures 2 1/4 inches and holds about 8 ounces.
