Buy Vintage Tin Halloween Lithographed Noisemaker

Here is a loud rattle to scare away Halloween evil spirits! It is wonderfully lithographed with witches, owl, bat JOL and arched back cat. The bell has a ridged deign. There is a turned orange painted handle. It is made by US Metal Toy Co. NYC, NY. around 1945, right after the Second World War.
