Vintage Department 56 LIghthouse lighted Christmas building from 1987. This was part of The buy Original Snowhouse Series. Size is 9.25 x 6 x 10.5" The building is in pretty good shape for being over 30 years old and it is pretty pricey online since there are not many of these around anymore and its a very hard to find Dept 56 collectible from the 80s era.
