This spooky bats flying in front of the moon was designed and made by me. It has been appliqued and quilted. I created buy it to be a table runner but it would also make a great wall quilt. For a temporary wall quilt, I use Command Picture hanging strips. They work great and are easily removed. This Halloween table runner measures 49 inches long and 18 inches wide. This Halloween scene is sure to get the kids excited I have used high quality Batik and woven quilt shop fabrics and batting. The background is a spooky batik purple fabric with motion in the dye and quilted in windy swirls. The moon and night clouds are in orange batiks. There are polka dot bats and mat black bats. It is washable on delicate and hang dry. It will get that cozy puckered look after drying. It can be used that way for a vintage look or press with a steam iron for that crisp look.
