Burning Human Flesh buy

I recently received a bag of thrift-shop, felt, bible study buy figures as a gift...I had fun arranging them in unconventional ways. When I came across this strange piece featuring Jesus inside a flaming oven with a small group of men, I was at a loss to understand its meaning. I have benefitted from a decent Judeo-Christian education, but this was definitely outside my wheelhouse. So I turned to my boyfriend, who was raised Pentecostal in Kansas. Without hesitation, he explained to me that this is about the character Abednigo who was thrown into an oven with 2 cohorts...when his persecutors looked in to monitor his incineration, they noticed that a mysterious 4th man was in there too! And of course that 4th man was no mere mortal - it was THE SON OF GOD!
