-The printing company we use is AMAZING but although rare, errors can occur. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us so we can take care of it ASAP.

-If ordering multiple types of products, you may receive separate packages. We will send you additional tracking info in this case.

-Some products in our shop take longer to print and ship than others. Please see individual listings for estimated delivery dates.

-We can not guarantee delivery by a certain holiday or date. Estimates are usually very accurate but there may be occasional delays in shipping buy that are out of our control.

-If you need to cancel your order, please try to do so within 2 hours to ensure that your order hasn't already been made or shipped.

-We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can either send you a reprint or refund.
