•We irrigate our plants with very hard pond water. As buy such, you may see calcium deposits on some of the older leaves. This is normal :-)
•Unless otherwise requested, we may ship your plant bare-root (with the roots packed in sphagnum and wrapped in plastic).
•Cold weather - if you live in an area where temperatures are falling below ~40 at night, please let me know.
We can decide whether or not to use a heat pack or extra insulation from there.
•When we're backed up with orders, it may take a little extra time to ship your plant out.
