It is as frustrating to me as it is to the buyer when a piece does not arrive in one piece. I will do everything I can to ensure it ships well, buy however, sometimes accidents do occur. If your item arrives broken, it is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to file a claim to the USPS. Due to a recent policy change with the USPS, the damaged box must be presented to a representative at your local post office to verify damage. My previous policies were to file the claim myself and refund the order. Unfortunately, the USPS has made that impossible for me. If you would like to have a signature delivery, please make a note when checking out. If you do not do signature delivery, I am not responsible for the item once the USPS has delivered it to the shipping address you provide.

My shipping prices are based on the measurements and weight of my pieces and what the USPS fees are for similar measurements figured by Etsy.
