The Pollinator mug calls on us to appreciate the beauty in nature: a butterfly and a bee float around the borage flower, drinking its nectar and doing what they do best.
The Pollinator mug is handmade on the potters wheel using a buff stoneware clay. The handle buy is hand-pulled and the image (a Joyful Clay original design) is stamped on a slab and applied to the mug. Glazes are brushed on by hand, and the pollinator image is hand-painted. The mug is then fired to cone 5 in my oxidation kiln. Food safe, lead-free glazes only are used.
This mug is microwaveable and dishwasher safe.
