REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

✮ Please be certain when you purchase this listing as refunds are NOT available.
✮ Damage from the postal service is, unfortunately, out of our hands. Each package is securely wrapped for protection during the shipping process.
✮ If our deck arrives with any manufacturer's defects, we'd be more than happy to do an exchange. We'll send you a shipping label and you can use that to send us the faulty deck. Once we see that it's in the mail to us, we'll happily send along a new deck directly to your door.
✮ IMPORTANT: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know that your deck is damaged. After that, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to get the new shipping label to you and to get the new deck shipped off.
✮ We travel quite a bit doing conventions around buy the country and we may not be in the studio to initiate the exchange. Once we're in though, we'll make your exchange our first priority!
