DESCRIPTION : an engraving from what is considered of the finest natural history series
titled "dictionaire universal d'histoire naturelle" published in the mid~late 19th century
the series featured most of the centuries top illustrators and engravers
and was written by one of the foremost french naturalist ~ alcide d'orbigny

CONDITION : this is an original antique print - as such there may be varying signs of aging... so please look at the photos carefully - the first photo shows the entire print - convo me for additional photos

DOCUMENT of AUTHENTICITY : a copy of the title page with date, publisher and printer's information will be included with the print

included is the title page [if available] and a hand written description - shipped in a sturdy kraft mailer with plenty of additional reinforcement - i usually use clean recycled packaging as reinforcement - shipping charges include insurance
