It is made out of

(a) 925 sterling buy silver,
(b) faceted teardrop Moonstone,
(c) Moonstones to compose the flower, and
(d) two sizes of round regular Pearls

The dimensions are approximately 5.2 cm/ 2.05 inches in total length, and both earrings together weight no more than 10.4 gr.
