Here we have a #7 Skillet produced by Lodge foundry in the 1930's.
This pan features their famous “3-Notch” heat ring, giving it the nickname.
Lodge Was founded in 1896 by Joseph Lodge as the Blacklock Foundry in South Pittsburg, Tennessee.
The foundry produced a wide range of cast iron cookware and other items.
In 1910, the foundry was destroyed by a fire and was rebuilt and named Lodge.
Lodge is still in operation today and remains in the city it started in!
