EASY TO CLEAN You can put your mat in the washing machine (cold wash) or spot clean using a damp cloth with warm soapy water. Allow to fully air dry either lying flat or hanging. When storing your mat, buy ensure the printed side is on the outside. We recommend using a natural antibacterial spray e.g. Eucalyptus spray, to keep your mat fresh and clean in between work outs.
