We grow our hoyas outside under shaded canopies and filtered sun shades. All of our plants ship in their pots with soil intact. We ship FOUR days per week. Our shipping days are Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We ship via USPS, and buy you can choose between various shipping options at checkout. Most choose USPS Priority Mail, but you can upgrade to USPS Express Mail. You can also downgrade to USPS First Class Mail, but that option will only be available if your package is 1 pound or under. Once USPS is in possession of your box we have no control over the shipments and arrival times. Express Mail may or may not arrive within 1 day. Please make sure you are not going on vacation or will be out of town after purchasing as we cannot delay shipping or hold plants. Please double check your shipping address before checking out as well.
We make certain to package every hoya extremely carefully with extra padding material for safe delivery. However, there are no guarantees against damage caused by shipping delays, carrier mishandling, or weather. Be certain to track your package and bring it indoors immediately. No refunds or exchanges. When it comes to living plants, some stress or leaf loss is possible after shipping and the subsequent change in environment. With the right care, most plants fully recover within a few days. Hoyas require varying care based on the zone and environment. Please make certain to research your zone and environment for the proper plant care for your particular environment. We always select the nicest hoyas for the listings, but you may notice some calcium stains on the leaves from watering. We do our best to minimize this. You may also see some minor leaf imperfections caused by nature, including small sun spots, blemishes or creases. This is just the natural outdoor environment and does not impact the health of the hoya.
