We take care in packing each plant and I make buy every effort to package my plants to ensure that they will arrive in optimum shape, but occasionally plants may move during shipment and arrive with soil displaced. Please remove packaging carefully, replace displaced soil, water, then drain your plant. Do NOT repot it upon receipt. We cannot guarantee against blooms, buds, or spikes being damaged during shipping. We also cannot be held responsible if the package is lost by the postal service. Please plan accordingly due to your weather conditions. Let us know if you need us to delay shipping.
