HOW DOES IT WORK:

2) You will receive a package containing all necessary directions to return ashes or memory items, along with your selected ring size to confirm fit. Please send your ring back with your ash (this is the ring assigned to your order that will be filled with your ash).
3) I will let you know when I receive your package, from this moment I will need up to 30 business days to make the keepsake for you
4) Once the item is complete and polished I will send the keepsake to you in a beautiful gift box ready for giving, along with any unused ashes or materials.
