Thomas Jefferson planted two Tulip Poplar trees in from of Monticello. The first tree was taken down in 2008 and the second was in 2011. The wood used in these cuff links is from the second tree. Beautiful Spalted Poplar. Wood grain may vary. It comes with a signed COA and a nice gift box
