Antique blue and white Davenport Villagers pattern plate buy

buy A fine Davenport pearlware dessert plate measuring 21.5 cm in width in The Villagers pattern and made c.1820.

It shows a family group plus their dog with a village scene behind them. It is in a lovely mid to rich blue and is impressed with the Davenport anchor mark and impressed initials.

It is in perfect condition with no chips, hairline cracks or restoration.
A few utensil scratches can be seen on the base when held up to the light but this plate would have been used 200 years ago!
