As quoted in “New York Time” article of Feb. 1926, “FEW people are as competent as the Countess Gizycka, who is the sister of the proprietor of The Chicago Tribune and of Liberty and a first cousin of the late Senator Medill McCormick, to write a satirical novel of Washington society”.
This copy is in very good condition with minor shelf wear, minor hinging, and wear to the edges and corners. The book measures 7 1/2" tall and 5 1/4" across the front cover.
