This Kingman high blue spider turquoise is mined by the Kingman-Colbaugh Mine, in Kingman, Arizona. The turquoise is stabilized. I then buy cut the host/original turquoise rough rock into slabs, for purchase. These slabs are great for making cabochons. You can get plenty of cabochons out of one slab to make earrings, pendants, rings, bolos, etc. The 1st picture shows the actual slab that is for sale and the other pictures show the specimen before/after it was slabbed. Any of the slabs from #1456, will have the same color throughout if identical, duplicate color cabochons need to be made. You will receive the specific item that you order. It is 56mm X 25mm X 6mm, at the widest and longest points, and 1.156 oz. These slabs are sold by the ounce. There is a light layer of liquid applied to the slab surface, for aesthetics (it comes off with water).
