USE AND MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS
Due to its natural structure, copper may lose its shine depending on use, you can wipe the products with a vinegar cloth or rub them with lemon and salt to restore their former shine. Thus, your copper products will regain their former shine. Before using the product for the first time, wash it by hand with warm soapy water and dry it. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Do not use a wire brush or bleach. Make sure to dry it after each wash.

- All the products you buy from our store are sent in one package.
- Delivery times published by the carrier company and vary on the country.

The 2nd option is fast shipping with express method (Trackable, delivery time 1-4 days, add fee, optional).
- For large volume and high value orders, express shipping is sometimes automatically applied.
-Please contact us in advance for orders with a total value of more than 250 Euro to be sent to European Union Countries.
- Please write your details such as avenue, street, house number in your delivery adress. We can not send occur only at addresses with a PO Box for some countries. If insufficient addresses, we will contact you.
- Sometimes there may be delays caused by customs. In case of delay, we have an additional 10 business days of waiting time in addition to the delivery time calculated for your order. But orders are usually delivered on time.
