Vintage 1950s Volupte Rhinestone Enamel Watch Case Compact / Black Enamel Rhinestone / Deco Powder Compact Mirror / Collectible Volupte USA Powder Compact

Vintage 1950s powder compact mirror by Volupte with its original tassel attached & cloth holder. The body of the compact is a gold tone metal and in the shape of a pocket watch - opens the same way a pocket watch would open. The top is spectacular with its sparkling encrusted rhinestone wreath & center Laurel leaf swag design set in silver tone metal – it has a dramatic contrast to the shiny black enamel….Original attached tassel and fabric pocket made to fit the compact.

Great vintage condition...one small line on the enamel edge that actually looks more like a seam rather than a scratch

Interior: the mirror inside is in great condition … original sifter (no puff) which looks to have never been used but has age wear.

Markings: There is stamped on the inside rim of the lid “Volupte' USA”
