A little bigger than the traditional zafu, this comfortable buckwheat meditation cushion is a useful tool to reach an ideal position and concentration.

This model is recommended for Yoga Studios buy and shared spaces because it is easily washable, thanks to its cover. It is the highest and largest cushion, which makes it perfect for beginners or people less flexible.

*Made of organic cotton and recycled komatsuna dye! Komatsuna or Spinach Mustard is a leafy vegetable grown commercially in Korea, Japan and Taiwan.

Care instructions:
Unzip the cover and remove the lining
Machine wash the cover in cold water delicate cycle
Hang to dry
Attention : Do NOT wash the lining containing the hulls!

Tip 1: To adjust the height and firmness of the cushion, remove some buckwheat hulls through the opening of the lining.

Tip 2: Explore the different meditation positions this cushion offers, use it in lotus pose or kneeling. Place the cushion on its side, then sit astride, your legs on either side of the cushion. To be used in combination with zabuton for more comfort of the knees and legs.
