From my personal collection of amazing antique engravings and prints, I'm very pleased to present to you "Queen Marie Antoinette" wife of Louis XVI.
Gleaned from a falling to pieces portfolio from 1899 of over-the-top lavish hats, costumes, and hairstyles of the French elite, Marie Antoinette is the queen of them all. Overall she measures 15 3/4" x 11 1/4." This illustration is done on a heavy cardstock-like paper and it's blank on the reverse. She comes with an accompanying page of descriptive text (in French) describing her opulent hairstyle, hat, and dress. This piece is in nice condition.

This gorgeous engraving would be simply delightful framed and displayed in a modern-day beautician's salon.
