PROOF:

We will message you a digital proof to your Etsy account after order payment is processed. You must reply with your approval, verifying that everything looks good and is spelled correctly. After we receive your approval of the proof we will move your order forward to production. A delay in your approval may postpone your delivery day. We may also try to contact you directly by email (info@pictureperfectpapier.com). We will keep your order on hold for up to two weeks, orders without approval will be canceled.

Your order includes two rounds of changes. Each additional proof requested after the first two rounds is $12.00.

COLORS:

Product photos and swatches are matched as close as possible to the source but can vary when viewed on different computers and devices. If you're concerned about color matching, please order physical samples of previously printed products here:

TURNAROUND & SHIPPING:

Please let us know your event or need by date when checking out and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

We need 8-14 business days to make your items by hand, plus 1-5 days for shipping, depending on where you live in the United States.

We ship from Illinois. Packages are sent with tracking numbers. Orders over $35 ship for free with Standard Ground service within the contiguous United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: We can ship to these locations using USPS Priority Mail or upgraded Air shipping. We cannot ship matches or any incendiary items using USPS. For matches please select the Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico Air shipping option at checkout. Shipping to these locations can be expensive. We are happy to ship to a Continental address of your friends or family as an alternative

INTERNATIONAL:

Please message us with the quantity you're ordering, your shipping country, and postal code and we'll reply with a shipping quote!

RUSH:

We may be able to get your items to you quicker than our normal turn-around time via expedited shipping. If you need them super fast, we may also need to charge a Rush Production Fee to put your order at the front of the line. Please message us with your need by date, shipping state, zip code, and quantity you're ordering— We'll reply if it's doable and how much the shipping and rush fees will be!

RETURN POLICY:

Picture Perfect Papier works hard to make sure that you love every product you find in our little shop! We strive for nothing short of perfection and are confident that you will love our products as much as we do! We do our best to ensure that product colors appearing on screen are true to life. However, color values may differ slightly depending on your computer or mobile device screen calibration. If you are unsure of a color or are hoping for exact color matching, we strongly recommend you contact us with these questions before placing your order. We take our craft very seriously, foil stamping + letterpress printing our products by hand*.

In the event, you receive a dud, dang! We're sorry! We ask that you contact us with a photo of the problem. If you have a question regarding your received order, please message us within 7 days of receipt and have your order number ready for reference.

We will not be able to refund personalized products (i.e. something one of our designers has designed specifically for you) We are also not responsible for customers' typographic errors or for colors that do not match your computer screen or mobile device. We are happy to refund any unopened (still in the original packaging) non-personalized merchandise shipped back to us at your own expense. Unfortunately, we do not refund original shipping costs for returned merchandise. Sale or discounted merchandise is sold “as is” and is non-returnable/refundable.

*Please note that all letterpress items are printed by hand. Due to the nature of this printing process, no two items will be exactly the same. Color variations, coverage, and indention may differ from item to item, making your order 100% unique which is what we love most about making picture perfect handmade goods just for YOU!

Picture Perfect Papier is not responsible for any consequential damages as a result of an error or late delivery due to shipping carriers' delays or acts of nature. Our liability is specifically limited to the value of the personalized product we manufactured.
