Shipping
All 3D Crystals are eligible for our standard free shipping . Users do not have to chose faster delivery method at the checkout for an additional fee. All 3D orders shipped will arrive 2 Business days. Shipping days are not guaranteed during holiday seasons and during Covid19 Epidemic.
Return Policy
3D crystals are personalized by individual customer request and therefore not eligible for return or replacement after delivery unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please text us if there buy are any issues with your order. We do our best to make it right.
