Tutu Happy, LLC is a fully customized shop and will be making the tutu specifically to fit the individual who will wear it. Please specify waist measurement/desired length when placing your order. Please note that you should measure the area of the waist where the tutu will likely hit (below the belly) and desired length from that point. The listed price is for baby/toddler/little girl size.
