All of our jewelry is carefully packaged and wrapped in anti-tarnish tissue paper and then placed into an organza pouch. The jewelry is then placed into a padded bubble mailer which ensures that your jewelry will be protected throughout the shipping process.

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and are shipped in a bubble envelope via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times do not include processing time however you do have the ability to upgrade your shipping when checking out. Need it right away? All of our jewelry is made with love and should be properly cared for in order to extend the life of your jewelry. Avoid contact with water, soaps, perfume, oils and lotions. Please note that our gold plated jewelry will fade over time however proper care and storage is necessary to preserve the plating. Make sure to remove your jewelry when showering, swimming, washing your hands, when using lotions and soaps, when putting on perfume or hairspray. When you are not wearing your jewelry please wipe it down, to remove and dirt and oils, then store it in an air tight bag in a cool dark place. Please note that micro pave setting is delicate therefore proper care must be taken when wearing jewelry that has micro pave setting.

All jewelry arrives with a special ticket. Please use caution when removing the tag from the jewelry. We will not replace any items broken due to tag removal. Do not pull on the tag, it will not come off. We recommend that you use scissors to cut off the tags on the jewelry and then peel off the tag to ensure you do not cut into the jewelry.
