These Microwavable Heating Pads have a removable cover. Each can have a different scent, jut leave in the notes to seller when checking out.

The heating pads can also be used as a cold pack. These are great to use on sore muscles, muscle tension or just for relaxation. The heating pad also good to help with soreness associated with Fibromyalgia. The heating pads make a great gift.

This heating pads are filled with organic Buckwheat seeds and Rice. Buckwheat seed is know to hold in the heat for a longer period of time. I offer different scents that can be added to the heating pad for a wonderful therapeutic aromatherapy Pad. You can let me know the scents for each heating pad in the notes to seller.

Place Heating Pad in microwave for at least 1-2 minutes depending on wattage for a soothing moist type heat. The pad will retain heat up to 45 minutes and longer if you use it under a blanket. The heating pad measures 12" by 5.5"

The heating pad is made from muslin and reinforced around the edges. The pad is divided into 3 separate areas for a better distribution. Each cover is removable and machine washable. Do not get the heating pack itself wet so if you buy wish to use it as a cold pack place it in a ziplock bag prior to putting it in the freezer.

Each bag is mailed with detailed directions for use as both hot or cold pack.
