1950s Lisner Demi Parure, Necklace buy and Earring Set, Aurora Borealis & Jonquil Yellow Rhinestones, Mid Century Jewelry

This 1950s Lisner Rhinestone Demi Parure has a necklace and matching earrings. This set is a rare version of their flower and leaf motif style, done in a combination of aurora borealis and jonquil yellow rhinestones in a gold tone setting. Adjustable to 16-1/2 inches, the necklace is signed c LISNER on the hook clasp and the backs of the clip on earrings. The colors of the rhinestones range from pastel aqua to lemonade peach pink tones and look lovely with the light yellow jonquil rhinestones.

~ The necklace is 5/8 inches wide and 17 inches long, consisting of gold plated flower and leaf motif links and rhinestones, finished with gold scrolled link chain ending in a hook clasp with ball dangle.
~ The earrings are 7/8 inch long x 5/8 inch across.

The set is in excellent, barely worn condition and is just lovely. All I could find is normal age related darkening between the buy linked settings, and the chain has aged slightly to a darker gold than the bright plating of the settings (but can be polished brighter with a jewelry cloth if you wish). Clean, no problems or green verdigris present.

This "Mad Men" 50s to early 60s Lisner necklace and earrings set will be gorgeous to wear for a party or wedding, and a lovely gift for the collector of mid century jewelry.
