• PROOFING YOUR ROUGH DRAFT

- Depending on the turn around time you have selected you will be sent a proof with in your turn around time for you to review. Once approved, SugarPickle Designs is not liable for any spellings, punctuation, capitalization and grammar mistakes. Any additional changes that are needed to be made after the proof has been a approved and the final file has been sent will incur an additional fee, so please review your proof carefully.

• DOWNLOADING YOUR HI RES FILE

- Once you have approved your rough draft your hi res digital file JPEG will be emailed to you. The email will be sent to the email address attached to your Etsy account. It is not recommend to download your file onto a smart phone or a tablet as it will be compressed the digital file and it will compromise the printing quality. Download your file onto your desktop or laptop computer and transfer it to a USB stick or order a print online.

• PRINTING

- You will be sent a Hi Res Jpeg in the size you select. Once you have downloaded it we recommend printing it like a photograph on the matte finish not the glossy. You can order your print online at Costco or Walmart or any other photo lab you wish. NOTE: Colors may vary from computer monitor to computer monitor and printer to printer, different brands of paper & ink. To get the truest to screen colors we recommend printing at Costco and ask to have the auto correct turned off if you are ordering in person. If you are ordering online turn off Auto correct in the ordering screen before completing your print order with Costco. SugarPickle Designs is not responsible for any printer errors.
