Our design process starts with a single rod of tungsten carbide, utilizing one of the most durable of all metals. A single rod of tungsten shaped into a ring features a rich black plated overlay and a bright shine, allowing the band to shine in the light from all angles. A slight dome shape, slim tapered edges, and a smooth interior give this comfort fit tungsten ring a graceful styling, allowing all-day comfort and years of wear. A channel is expertly carved out in the center in symmetric, precise measurements, creating a recessed groove for the inlay.

Genuine blue crushed opal is expertly broken into very small pieces using a milled process for refinement, giving the inlay a unique presentation of shapes placed into a thoughtful mosaic pattern. These pieces are placed inside the groove, creating a streak of vibrancy for the inlay. A thick coating of clear lacquer over the opal makes it a tough sealant, protecting the opal from elements and damage. The coating also provides a seamless appearance between the opal and the tungsten, giving it a flush to the touch finish. This pressurized process prevents any damage by sealing the tungsten and inlay.
