Stumbled on someones very dear collection of penguins, and since I don't live at the south pole, I thought it best to leave them, except for this little guy.
Papier mache is a type of composition material and typically, these toys are in buy dire condition. This one is in remarkable shape, with just a few fleabites around the coin slot. And, I happen to have an old diary key that works to open the bottom cover, so including it with the item.
