Timing:
Each illustration is hand drawn by our in house artists so please allow up to 7 working days for the completion of you personalised illustration.

How do I send my photo?
Once you have placed the order, please send us a message with your name in the subject box and buy attach the reference image.

What do you draw?
We sketch from the perspective in the photograph and include some background such as sea, sky and landscape. We won't include satellite dishes, dustbins, cars, etc - and you can let us know anything specific in your enquiry.
The illustration is coloured and digitally printed.

Please note with this product we do not draw people (for example bride & groom, families, couples, etc) who are pictured in the photograph, image or link that you supply.

Can I check what you've drawn?
Yes, we'll email a digital proof before dispatch. We will require approval before we send out the order. We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge.

Made from:
Hand drawn and digitally printed to order on 200gsm acid free, fine grain artists paper. All prints supplied with a white, bevel-cut window mount.

Framing:
Our frames are all handmade in the UK from solid wood - choose from 3 styles (see image thumbnail for colours). Supplied with integrated hanging hook and Pilkington glass (Extra large frames are glazed with high grade UV perspex for glare reduction and safe shipping).
